So the last 12 months have been crazy ride!
I lost my dad, my creative flare for the podcast game disappeared and so many other things just fell away like peeling back the layers of an onion.
When you are in the thick of it, you think you are the only person in the world that could be facing it. I know you will know the feeling because lets face it, we’ve all been there.
10 days ago I removed all social media from my phone. The space allowed me to get back to creativity and more importantly get back to my why statement for my life:
“To help people break patterns & flip perspectives, so they can have more clarity, direction & success in their lives”
To create change, you have to create space. Within a day I was back to recording audio only podcasts, to get my rhythm back. You see when you have these moments the best way to get yourself back to doing what you should be doing is to remove all the noise of other peoples lives and truly listen to yourself.
I will unpack more on this as I go through the gears of coming back to what I love to do.
The first episode back is on Apple & Spotify, perfect listen if you are feeling like you need to shift to or from a zero point in your life or if you just want to go through the gears to get to the next level.
